Hashirim Israel is a privately held family company operating in the construction and real estate industry in Israel since 1964.
For over six decades, the company has built with a simple and clear philosophy: when you build a home – you build responsibly. When you build for a family – you think for generations.
The company was founded in Jerusalem, a city of roots and values, and began its journey by building residential, office, and commercial projects, including a shopping mall. The Brothers Israel Talpiot – Jerusalem's first mall. From there, broad, quiet, and consistent work grew, built on thoroughness, reliability, and keeping commitments.
Over the years, the Brothers Israel has expanded its operations, leading to the establishment of tens of thousands of housing units in cities and neighborhoods across the country – in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion, Ness Ziona, Rehovot, Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Eilat – places where people have chosen to build a home, raise a family, and build a future.
In parallel with its activities in Israel, the company has also initiated and established projects throughout Europe, while maintaining the same values, standards, and work philosophy that have accompanied it since its establishment.

1964
Establishing 'The Brothers Israel' Company'
The offices of 'Ha'achim Israel' company are located in the historic Sensor building on Ben Yehuda Street in Jerusalem, the city where the company was founded and began its operations. The first project it built was the residential project on Rav Frank Street in the city.
1972
The first commercial project
A combination of a commercial center and 24 residential units, located on pastoral Emek Refaim Street, in the heart of the prestigious and charming German Colony.
1976
The first office building
The company offices are located in the vibrant heart of the city, on Shlomtzion Street, precisely where the legendary 'Rex Cinema' once stood. The 'Brothers Israel' building features 3 commercial floors and 7 office floors, housing various companies.
1983
The first project outside of Jerusalem
The company continued to grow and began developing projects outside the city as well. The first project was built in Rishon LeZion and comprised 64 residential units. Since then, the company has expanded and built in a variety of other major cities throughout the country: Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Tel Aviv, and it continues to build vigorously in many other locations.
1991
Jerusalem's First Mall: 'Israel Talpiot Mall'
'Kanyon Yisrael Talpiot' is the first and oldest mall in Jerusalem. It houses approximately 90 businesses from various sectors and is located in the heart of Talpiot, Jerusalem's business and shopping center. Since its establishment, the mall has been considered one of the leading malls in the city, attracting many shoppers who also come from outside the city.
1992
The first rental housing project
A project established for the Isrotel company in Eilat, which serves as living quarters for most of the hotel chain's employees. The project is located in the Shahmon neighborhood and consists of 10 residential floors, as well as several pampering facilities such as a swimming pool, a canteen, and a laundry.
1995
The first luxury project abroad
Success and momentum are not stopping in Israel and continue beyond the country's borders. The company established Alto do Lumiar in Portugal – a luxurious residential project comprising approximately 412 housing units in the heart of the capital, Lisbon.
2004
Talbya Residence Project'
The first phase of the company's flagship project is underway! The boutique housing project is located in Talbiya, Jerusalem's most beautiful and prestigious neighborhood, and sets new international standards for quality of life not previously seen in the country.
2024
רובע ישראל, אשדוד
האחים ישראל מובילה את הקמת “רובע ישראל” — מהשכונות החדשות והמשמעותיות המתוכננות באשדוד, הכוללת כ־2,050 יחידות דיור, שטחי מסחר, מרחבים ירוקים ותכנון עירוני מתקדם היוצר רובע קהילתי שלם.<br>במסגרת הפרויקט, ובשיתוף עיריית אשדוד, יוקמו בתי ספר, גני ילדים, מעונות יום ומוסדות ציבור — כחלק מתפיסה כוללת המחברת בין מגורים, קהילה, חינוך וחיי יומיום איכותיים, במיקום אסטרטגי בסמוך ל־BIG Fashion, תחנת הרכבת “עד הלום” וצירי התחבורה המרכזיים של העיר.
